Anyone going to the Cubs v Pirates on Saturday?

If so, I have a rather unusual request.

 

Last night, I sat in my living room watching the game when they showed the promo for the giveaway of the Cubs Dora doll to the first 7K children age 7 and younger. Well, my 3 (almost 4 year old)year-old daughter loves Dora and exclaimed, "Daddy, I want a Cubs Dora!" So, if anyone is going to the game and ends up with one they don't want or need, and would like to sell or barter it away, I'd appreciate it. If not, no worries, but I felt it couldn't hurt to ask.

Me and my four buddies will be there as well, and we obviously don't need 4 Dora the Explorer dolls. Is it given to everyone or do you have to be one of first 10,000 or whatever they do?

Yeah, this one says kids seven and under, so you'd have to have a kid with you or get one from someone who does.

if anyone gets an extra, I'd like one too. my daughter saw that and said the same thing. actually my daughter said "hey, get me one of those" so it was more of a demand than a request.

Two years ago, I was there when they did the Len bear from Build-a-bear. I wanted one from my daughter, but of course, they only gave them to kids 12 and under or something like that, and I was not there with my family. Well, I had dugout box seats for that game and there was a family with two boys in front of me that had gotten the bear. In the third inning a foul ball landed in the aisle of the section and I picked it up. I ended up giving it to one of the boys in front of me who then gave me the bear for my daughter.

1st 10,000 Kids 10 and under I believe? I am going with my wife, in laws....I'll see if anyone can get one or two. I know my daughter would want one also.

 

Rain forecasted Friday and Saturday though.....
