Apparently the Cubs farm teams are daily facing up on rehabbing pitchers from NL Central teams. The D-Cubs are taking on Mark Mulder and the Palm Beach Cardinals. Daytona is up 2-1 in the 6th, Mulder gave up 2 (1 earned) in 5 innings. Jose Ceda has given up 1 ER in 5 innings with no BB in his best outing of the season.

Looking in the game log, he had 6 fly outs and 5 infield pop outs which certainly is much better to read. 4 of his 5 hits he surrendered were ground ball singles (the other hit was a HR).
