Who Should Replace Lilly?

If ONE bad start gets Hill sent to the bullpen, clearly THREE consecutive bad starts has to do the same for Lilly. So who should replace him?

I don't think there's an upcoming day off, so another starter would be needed as a replacement. It could be either Marshall or Lieber.
