that is a mistake, thanks. easily correctable though

It'd be much easier to fix if I weren't excel-[expletive] and had to input each "=RANK(H,H:H)", individually, throwing the specific row number into each equation. But I'm 20% done, so it shouldn't be too much longer.

individually?

if i'm understanding you correctly, you can more quickly accomplish this. hover your mouse over the lower right hand corner of the cell so you get a + showing as your cursor, and click and drag downward to as many cells you want have that formula copied to (it adjusts the formulas to associate with cells in the same row). or you could just double-click when you get the + showing and it will copy down as far as there are cells populated adjacently.

Oh, thank you very much. Though I feel much like the idiot now, having adjusted 500 or so things...

Great work Meph, thanks for sharing this. A couple of questions....I've noticed that you're IP and PAs are pretty high for a lot of the guys that the projection systems evidently expected to spend some time on the DL. Is that just because you trust that you will be able to find solid replacements for them if they do spend some time on the DL, or do you have your own method for projection PAs and IP?

Just as an FYI, I found a few names spelled wron in the James worksheets. Two duplicates, Ron Belliard/Ronnie Belliard (Ronnie on the other woorksheets) and Jake Westbrook/Westbrok. I'm sure that won't impact anything, but just from a house keeping persepective i thought you might like to know....The following names are spelled differently on the James worksheet than the others: Esteban Loiaza, George Sherril, Jon Broxton, Jon Sanchez, Mark Buerhle, Oscar Villareal, Vinny Chulk.

The overall rankings give equal weighting to ZIPS, James and PECOTA, have any studies looked at the relative performance of these systems in the past? It seems like I remeber reading that PECOTA generally performs the best for hitters, but I can't recall for pitchers.
