Shrek Signs Minor League Deal with Rangers

Rangers signed outfielder Kevin Mench to a minor league contract and invited him to spring training.

 

According to Jamie Newberg the deal includes a clause that allows for Mench's release if he isn't on the Major League roster by June 1.
