Today was the last day of the season. Yost was kicked out of the ballgames 2 times in the last week of baseball and basically managed them to a worse record then they should have had. Sorry Cub fans, the Brewers should have won this division with the way they started the season.

So when will Yost be fired?

The Mets should have won their division the way they started their division, but they didnt.

Who cares how a team starts out the season if they collapse less than half way through?

Yost isn't getting fired. The Brewers went without their ace for a crucial parts of the season and they were on the verge of their first playoff appearance in 25 years.

This is how I see it too. He's been the one in charge when they've started to be successful, I have to think he'll be given enough of the credit to keep his job at least one more year.

I think next year will be make or break for him, though. They need to make the playoffs after the way they played this year for him to be safe.

I noticed that no one is saying bad things about Hurdle anymore. What turned it around for them?

Also, you have to give the Yanks and Phillies credit. They didn't panic and fire their managers after horrible starts. I wish we had a bizzaro chance and could see how they would have done if they did fire their managers.
