i believe the proper term for the event was "The Merkle Boner" and not "Merkle's Boner".

 

there is no ownership of said boner.

 

Fred should know. He was there.

Hmm, has anybody ever actually seen Fred Hornkohl and Fred Merkle together? Maybe he changed his last name to provide some anonynimity. :lol:
