So if/ when the make up game for Sunday takes place, if Soriano is off the DL / Floyd off RL when it happens, are they able to play, or do they have to sit because they were inactive when the original game was scheduled?

the rained out game never happened (according to the stats), so they can start whoever they want

Even if it were suspended as opposed to completely made up I still think they'd be eligible.
