someone remind juan encarnacion that he's not good.

 

He's trying to up his trade value. Let's just hope Hendry has been busy eating all night and hasn't noticed he's 4-4.

OK, I think what I like most about Len & Bob is that they actually seem to go out of their way to have at least somewhat interesting Cubs-related stuff to talk about...case in point, Bob just talking about the pre-game process with Aramis' glove. Granted, it's not earth-shattering, but it's something. So many other announcers ramble on about crap that has zero to do with the game or barely talk at all. Of course, Len & Bob have their own non-game asides, but everything just keeps flowing.

They are pretty funny when the cubs are blowing out a team, and they start getting loopy. Particularly Bob.

 

On another note, June until now has got to have had a positive effect on Ronnie's health.

honestly if this is all we're gonna use eyre for, then he has to go if wood gets healthy/effective.

 

Cubs are stupid. Billy Petrick will be sent down if/when Wood comes back.

2 games back of the Brewers and only a half game back of the Padres for the WC. I love it!
