Is it true that his velocity went down to the 80's? If so, I would pass considering he would be a project even if his velocity was in the 90's

He was a top 10 pick before the season started, and he struggled a bit this season. Reportedly his velocity was back way up in his last start.

im not all that surprised. he's very talented and every bat that the Phillies would take would be a reach at this point. Savery's a top 25 prospect in the draft.
