I need a victory this week, but Juan is a tough opponent. His team always seems to turn things around when they are playing the Quakers. Something about your opponent being a bunch of pacifists that seems to rile the Lynx. :)

2 big weeks ahead for the Dishmans with 2 matches against teams higher than me in the division. We'll see if the revamped lineup will bring changes.

Rich Harden won't be returning this week. He visited Dr. Lewis Yocum in Los Angeles, who suggested he not throw until the middle of the month. He has some shoulder irritation. Dallas Braden is the likely No. 5 starter next weeked.

Things that have hurt me so far this year that I didn't expect:

 

1) Albert being human

2) Conor Jackson completely sucking

3) Garza not getting a rotation spot

4) Two saves in five weeks for Rivera

 

Things that have hurt me so far that I anticipated, but underestimated:

 

1) how long to overcome injuries from Johnson & Weaver

2) Rookie adjustment for Gordon

My other problem is that it was around this time last year that between my two leagues I gave up early on Markakis and, even worse, Morneau. I'd hate to change my mind on guys I like, only to see them have success elsewhere.

 

Now my pitching, on the other hand, needs to step it up!
