I got one on Ebay for cheap, and it came in today. The package felt like there was a t-shirt in there. The jersey is incredibly light and feels like an Under Armour shirt.

Yeah its much lighter than the normal jerseys they have.

 

 

The BP jerseys are pretty much the exact same other than not being button ups.

They've been using these since last season. The same material and design are used in the new batting practice jerseys. They're easily identifiable by the stretch gusset at the armpit.

Mine was $107 with shipping. I got jipped.

 

They are available at Wrigleyville Sports for $130. I have seen Mets Cool Base jerseys on Ebay for $185. The first time I saw one was on Ebay and it was a Derrek Lee game used jersey. I have been kinda curious about them since then. Here is the link to Wrigleyville Sports:

For some reason this reminds me of a Seinfeld episode where Costanza convinces the Yankees manager to switch to cotton uniforms because they'd feel cooler than the other uniforms. The first game went great. But then the uniforms shrunk and it was a disaster. I guess the Cool Base unis don't have the shrinking problem lol.
