Sori's bat looks crooked.

That's how fast his hands are.

 

I've seen a pic of Mark McGuire do similar things.. his arc was bigger.

I could be wrong, but I don't think it's the speed of the bat that is causing it to bend, it's the impact of two hard objects moving at almost equal and opposite speeds. It's wood, it flexes from the impact, not from moving in the air.

Yes, he does.

 

I believe he swings bats that are 35 inches, and 33-35 ounces. That's the same size as Ryan Howard and Julio Franco. Gigantic sticks.

Nice hit, but his head is up and his eyes are not on the ball. I'll take it any day, but it would still be nice to see him work on the fundamentals.
