I just noticed Westbrook's g/f ratio - he is an extreme groundball pitcher. I'm not sure how that would play out if he were on the Cubs, but at least we have half of a great defensive infield.

 

Personally, I'd like to see the Cubs take a shot a Jason Jennings first.

groundballs are easier for everyone, not just stellar defensive players. if a pither gets a lot of them, it can't be a bad thing.
