I thought this thread was going to be about Joe Morgan actually having something to say that wasn't complete gibberish.

 

To paraphrase:

 

"You can't control the Yankee lineup, you just have to not hurt yourself in the process. OK, you gave up a HR but make sure you don't walk guys ahead of that HR. A few solo HRs aren't going to hurt you."

 

Granted there's a lot of old school wisdom in those remarks but for Joe Morgan I'm always surprised when he has something to say that doesn't make me want to throw a brick at the TV.
