Well I'd trust those minor league numbers more, but he certainly has been mashing the ball since he last got called up.

I wouldn't be surprised to see him start next April.

He didn't mash it just now. He K'd with 2 men on. Pujols up now with 2 down in the bottom of the 8th.

Francisco Cordero looks like he could audition for the Red Foxx role on a remake of Sanford and Son.

Uh oh, bases clogged for Mayberry.

Excellent are they doing a remake??

Yes. Hollywood remakes everything. Just give it time.

Pujols just hit a 3-run homer for the Cards. They now lead 4-2 in the bottom of the 8th. :x

Well, how about that.

Meanwhile, the Gnats have tied it up once again in the bottom of the 10th against the Phils. Baseball is crazy.

So predictable.

Now the Cards will win out, I'd bet money on it.

Cards win.

The Reds are all but done.

Meanwhile, the Dodgers can climb to a game behind the Padres if they hold on against the Rockies.

Houston is playing for their playoff lives, locked in a life-or-death struggle with the Pirates in extras.

Don't you just wish we we're scoreboard watching for more than just he fun of it. Even a mediocre team could have kept us right in it this year.

Phillies and Astros win, so the playoff picture is pretty much the same as it was, expect there's one less game on the schedule.

Well the astros odds went down a little bit with the Cardinals win.
