That's ridiculous, the Royals will never make the playoffs! The Cubs will probably end up playing the Yankees.

I don't like any of the NL teams against anybody against Detroit, and don't think Detroit will win a series. I think the Sox have more pitching than the Yankees and actually have the offensive firepower to compete with New York. I also think the White Sox offense would be too much for the A's pitching.

 

Honestly, I originally had Minnesota winning the WC (and probably winning it all although I didn't get that far) but changed it to the White Sox while I was editing my post. So whoever ends up winning the AL WC (assuming it's either Minnesota or Chicago), that's who will be my favorite come playoff time.
