Big Z is hitting a HR every 11.5 at bats. BBTN showed a list of the top hr/at bats and he was 4th best. Albert was #1. Don't remember the others.

 

Maybe Carlos should move to the outfield to get more at bats. It worked well for Babe Ruth.

A nice turn around by Z non-the less, if you rememer he started this season somewhere around 1-20 at the plate.

The only Cubs games I make a point of watching are games in which Z pitches. I'll watch other games if they happen to be on but I want to see Z take the mound every time out.

The Cubs should seriously considering batting this man 8th and moving Cedeno to the 9 hole when Z pitches. Carlos is about as "all or nothing" as it gets...4 of his 8 hits have been HR's and he has also K'd 16 times in 46 AB's...so pretty much he's gonna hit a HR or he's going to K.

They did have Cedeno sac. bunt a guy over comitting the second out. It does seem they know Z is a better option then Cedeno.
