if it makes you feel any better, it may be the most points you can score when your SP gives up 7 runs in 5 1/3.

That I'm sure it will be. On the flip side, it's probably the least I'll ever get out of a 12 strikeout performance. It was a very strange start.

Lugo has missed the past two games with an ouchy finger and is day-to-day. Therefore I reserved him for the rest of the week, shifted Sanchez to SS, and activated Beltre at 3B.

Dropped Brown, moved Either to the ML reserves, and AMAZINGLY picked up Chris Iannetta and put him in my minors.

Hmm. Maybe this battle isn't over yet after being down 45 or so to start the day. 2 QS coming from Mussina and Piniero and about 20 pts down without those being factored in. Buddiga got a lot of help with implosions by Carmona and Jenks. Also, Santana couldn't make it through 6 innings.

 

Both teams have 3 batters tonight. The difference will be how Madson pitches against FLA.

wow, great week for me. that three way tie is broken w/ losses for buddiga and HBC (assuming points don't change too drastically over night). not only that, but i racked up 370 points on the week, gaining about 100 points on both buddiga and HBC, which could be huge for tiebreakers.

 

oh, and i traded for the #1 2b and the #2 3b. :D
