el duque sucks tonight... guess a 74 year old is entitled to an off-day every now and then.

 

He actually has sucked all year.

 

 

ANOTHER WALK. WHO THE HELL IS THIS TEAM?

 

He's been OK in New York. I still have no idea why the Mets traded for him though... why try to fill a void in the rotation with a guy who sucks? They still have that same hole there, and it's there because El Duque is old and washed up. It's like the Yankees signing Fatney Ponson last week.

Good to see the rook shine on national teevee.

 

Anyone remember Marshall's first ML start on Sunday night against the Cardinals? That had to be the game of the year. Ah the memories...how naive we were.

I know. Adium keeps my AIM logs and I was reading them the other day. In some of them, I was talking to my Cubs fan friends the night of or day after the game...we were all so stupid.
