Does the FSL All-Star game require at least one player per team like the major league game does? If so, maybe Fuld was left off because of a need to include a player from another team. He still belongs on the team.

Maybe he can still get in as an alternate? I know that the minors probably don't have the same problems with players not wanting to play in AS games, but if someone tweaks something between now and then I'd say he's still got a shot.
