From Rotoworld

General manager Jon Daniels said Sunday that he expects Erubiel Durazo to leave the Rangers organization Monday.

Durazo, who is on the disabled list at Triple-A with a hamstring strain, will likely terminate his minor league contract to become a free agent. Durazo wasn't hitting particularly well before the injury and couldn't find any takers earlier this season, so it'll be interesting to see where he ends up. May. 15 - 10:08 am et

Anyone up for giving him a go round at first base until DLee is back? Even when he does, Durazo would make a nice bat on the bench.

Desperate times call for desperate measures...

He's injured, he doesn't hit...no thanks.

Yeah, his .800+ OPS every single year except for last wouldn't look good in the lineup right now :?

I know he's hurt, but if he's voiding his minor league deal he must be close to coming back.

If there not gonna call up a first baseman so we can start Walker at second , we lose nothing in giving this guy a shot.
