yep, unless they use him in long relief tomorrow they only brought him up for long relief and if he isn't used tomorrow he will start Wed.

its strategery. Since the Bullpen has been overworked if they needed him for long relief they would have put him in and brought up Hill to start Wed. if not the plan was for him to start on Wed, which I believe would be his regular rest between starts.
