Mar 19 The Arlington Heights Daily Herald reports Chicago Cubs CL Ryan Dempster hasn't pitched since March 14 and he probably won't get into a game until March 21. Dempster says nothing is wrong and that he's been working on things with pitching coach Larry Rothschild. "My arm feels ready to go, so I might as well work on zeroing in," Dempster said. "One time I threw like three simulated innings, which is kind of cool because it builds up the arm strength."
