Tomorrow morning, at 9 AM.

Anyone here going to try for any Cubs - Cards games? I know I sure am! I'll be hopefully buying tickets to the 4/21 game, the 4/22 game, and the 6/3 game.

I was just lurking over at stltoday.com Cards Talk forum. (to see what they were saying about Wood's knee surgery)

Sounds like you'll be out of luck. Season ticket holders were given the chance today to buy extra tickets before the general public sales on Saturday morning. A lot of the Cards/Cubs in St. Louis games are already completely sold out or SRO.

They're saying that the entire season will be sold out by Saturday.

btw on the Wood thing, a lot of the posters over there are like me, we really want to see a healthy Cubs team.

...I want both teams to be at full strength when we kick your butts ;)

So you basically have to be a season ticket holder to buy Cubs Cards tickets? What a bunch of crap.

They'll be sold, but they're predicting tix to go faster than ever before (and they already have).

1. They have those packages they've been promoting in Dec. and almost all of them have at least one Cubs game. They also have four packs that are all Cubs games.

2. The season ticket holders did get first dibs.

3. Cubs games will be the hardest to come by.

4. Since part of the ballpark won't be done until June, they'll be less seats and there already are less seats in new Busch.

The new stadium is to blame for that, of course. I believe that there are 6,000+ seats in left field that won't even be ready until July.

I'm planning on attending the 4/21 - 4/23 games. I never had a chance to see a game in old Bush Stadium, but am looking forward to seeing the new facility.

This from the fan of a team that sells their tickets through a scalping front...

Tomorrow's onsale is going to be a bloodbath. I encourage the lucky few who come away with tickets to return here and brag immediately.

I'm already looking to eBay and the rest.

Not many (if any) around here think the Cubs' scam should be legal, let alone emplored.

Crap is crap. Just because we're Cubs fans doesn't mean we turn a blind eye to the organizations flaws. We're calling for Dusty's head on a platter for christ sakes. :)

i got 6/2 bleacher seats on ebay.

I'm going to try for 6/3 tix at 9:00 tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath.

I have to believe that in such a small capacity new stadium, that there won't be a bad seat in the house.

How do you open up multiple virtual waiting room screens again?

I'm not sure. They don't have the address in the window, so you can't do the copy/paste trick. This isn't good.

Wait until the timer reaches zero, then right click, click properties. Copy the address and paste it into a new window. Then File>New Window works to open as many as you want.

I'm praying for the 4/22 game.

Ok...they are getting good at this...

I tried to do that and it says "right click has been disabled until timer expires"

Any other thoughts?

You have to right click exactly as the timer reaches zero.

Timing is everything.

I thought I'd gotten some "seats" but couldn't figure out what SRO meant. . . . hahahahahahaha.

I now have 4 standing room only tickets to the June 3 game.
