Once again thanks for the updates, Bruce. I see Jacque is trying hard to make me look bad for wanting a platoon partner for him.

I think his hits probably have more to do with Hill and Koronka than him, unfortunately. But it's certainly tempting to think otherwise.

Your A team lineup is: Pierre, Walker, Lee, Ramirez, Jones, Barrett, Murton, Cedeno and Hairston as DH

I take it Hill drew the short straw, then? ;)

Pignatiello pitching: Pagan singles to left and steals second base. Dennis Anderson grounds out to third as Scott Moore makes a nice stop on a smash right at him. The-Riot singles to right, scoring Pagan; Jones makes a nice throw to second to hold The-Riot at first. Pie lines into a 4-3 double play as Riot gets doubled off. 3-1 A-Team. Edited by Bruce Miles

Riot is playing agressive today, isn't he?

Bruce, what do you think his chances of making the opening day roster are?

The Cubs certainly do like Theriot as a utility guy. He's a longshot right now to make the Opening Day roster.

I have to stick up for my Bayou Bengals, whether they be Walker or The Riot! :D

God I wish I was there, able to watch them play, like you are Bruce. I really envy anybody in the media or announcers who get to follow the cubs like this. .

AAAAAAAAAAAArdsma pitching. Walker switches teams to play first base. Murton called out on strikes. Cedeno doubles to left-center and advances to third on a wild pitch. Hairston hits a sacrifice fly. Greenberg flies out to center. 4-1 A Team.

Hey, it's better than being AAAArdsma.

What's with the Ks, Murton?

Not that there's anything wrong with it.

Somebody up here joked that he'd be switching teams soon enough as it is. Ouch.

Marmol pitching: Augie flies out to left. Buck Coats singles and streals second. Walker walks. McGehee singles to right, loading the bases. Kopitzke hits a sac fly to center. Pagan flies out to right. 4-2 A Team, I think.

Where are you putting the odds Mr. Miles? 99%, 50%, 10%?

I obviously have no information, but it sounds to me like it's at least 40%.
