When can we sign up to start game threads?

Just wondering when the post is going to be up for us to sign up to start game threads. It was posted on January 1 last year, wasn't it? Thanks.

I will create a poll. It will be the largest poll in NSBB history. It will include every member of NSBB as an option. The person with the most votes will be the starter if they choose to accept the victory. If they do not wish to be the starter we will move to the next person on the list. In the event of a tie I will flip a coin to decide the winner. If the tie is between more than 2 people I will create another poll with those people only. We should know who the starter will be before opening day.
