What about Honus Wagner's 1908 season:

Year Ag Tm Lg G AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI SB BB BA OBP SLG
1908 34 PIT NL 151 568 100 201 39 19 10 109 53 54 .354 .415 .542

The league average was .247/.308/.318.

He led the league in avg, obp, slg, xbh, hits, sb, 2b, 3b, rbi. All of this from a shortstop who was one of the greatest defensive players of all time.

In the 5-year span 1930-1934, Lou Gehrig knocked in 813 runs. That's an average of 162.6 RBIs per year during that span, and the baseball season was only 154 games back then.

Happy Gilmore holds the record for most time spent in the penalty box and was the only player to ever take off his skate and try to stab somebody.

Also had a hole-in-one on a par 4.

I'll give you one that blows hendry's mind:

Babe Ruth & Lou Gehrig didnt talk to each other for five years, displaying bad team chemistry, but they both still did really good.

How about the fact that In 1982, Ricky Henderson stole 130 bases but was also caught stealing 42 times. That's a cool 172 attempted steals. Think of all the players that aren't even on base 172 times in a season.

Not really a stat, but a scouting report from 7/30/58 on Satchel Paige when he was pitching in AAA.

Position-P Age-50 Height-6'4" Weight-190 Bats-R Throws-R

Assets: The best control pitcher in this League

Faults: He pitches, when he wants to pitch.

Fastball-BA (below avg.), Curve-A (avg.), Control-E (Excellent), Poise-E, Change of pace (change-up)-A, Slider-E, Knuckler-N/A, Brains-E, Guts-E.

Please give any other details you have: He is older than his age.

A pitcher that they assume is older than the age that is listed which is already at 50yo., avg. curve and change, plus slider, and great control at that age is truly amazing.

Neifi?

Neifi had 157 hits plus 18 walks plus was hit by pitches 3 times, for 178 total times on base. However, he hit 9 home runs, so he was only standing on base 169 times. So, yes.
