Anyone hear Gammons this morning?

Gammons was suppose to come on "Mike and Mike" /ESPN News, this morning, I had to finish getting ready for work this morning, so I missed it. Just wondering if there is any new information with regards to the Cubs. Did anybody hear anything?

Only if the Cubs play in Boston or NY. Oh yeah, he said Clemens will wait until late January and Oakland won't trade Zito because they have the best team in the AL and Zito will want 13.

Nothing on the Cubs but he did say so far in his opinion the White Sox have had the best off-season (citing Thome, Vasquez and Konerko). :cry:

This time of year and the trade deadline's of years past remind me of that part in Superman II when Superman's (Hendry) nowhere to be found and those three aliens (White Sox) dressed in black are terrorizing Metropolis (Chicago's North Side). Meanwhile, Zod (Kenny Williams) is asking the defenseless people, "Where is your super man now???" I just hope this ends as well as that movie did. Superman (Hendry) comes back from his icy lair (Trib Tower), with his superpowers back, and saves the helpless people (Cubs fans) from the evil clutch of Zod and company (Kenny and the Sox).

 

Yeah, it's alot like that.

Agreed. The fourth was especially bad. That villain was really gayish. (Not that there's anything wrong with that.)

I think in a perfect world there's only 2 Superman movies, 3(arguably 4) Rocky movies, 2 Godfathers, and one Karate Kid.
