    Am I worried about Fukudome? Not at all. Consider that JJones last year hit all of 5 HR for us. Jones is slumping for the Tigers and Fuku is playing excellent for us.     not really. Not really? Do you know anything about steroids because the side effects of taking them, especially at a young age is detrimental to your health. I would read up on Stanozolol before spouting off like this, if I were you. Is everyone brain washed by the media? Why don't you read up a bit on it yourself. Do you know what kind of damage this can do to your liver when taken orally? If you think anabolic steroids are ok, you are being foolish. No, I'm not brainwashed by the media and I've done my research on certain anabolic steroids. There's a reason why wrestlers and other steroid abusers die before they hit 50.

    Baldelli says hello :) TB is a low budget team so even paying a player 5mil a yr affects them. Anything can happen with a player so there definitely is risk involved for both parties.

    I can understand the other things (agreeing with them to varying degrees), but why Henry Blanco? Lou has only started him 3 times out of 15 games. That's normal for a backup catcher, and if you take Blanco away from Lou that only means that Lou will have Koyie Hill for those 3 games. I'd rather have Koyie Hill and his contract as a backup over Blanco and his ridiculous contract. Blanco just isn't good anymore, he never was.

    That's really really depressing to think about. Don't forget about Juan Cruz at the #5 spot. The guy has Pedro-like stuff. He still has that stuff, his K/9 is sick. I don't know why he has never gotten a real chance to start in the bigs. He's had chances but he's always been injured. Can't really blame the organization for that one. Were you talking about Cruz or Guzman as always injured? Guzman has been far to fragile. I think PV was talking about Cruz. He's been given a couple shots to start, but he still walks far too many guys. I'd bet he could outperform a lot of guys making more money than him though. Oops, sorry I thought he was talking about Guz.

    Let's face the facts.. The Sox won the World Series due to their pitching. Awesome rotation and everyone in the pen was playing out of their minds.
