    Paging New York Knicks, paging New York Knicks... The Knicks? At least they won a couple of titles in the 70's and made the finals a few times in the 90's. This has been debated before on this board but my vote for the worst organization in professional sports still goes to the Blackhawks ... by a wide margin. And is it a surprise that the Blackhawks reside in Chicago?

    He started ranting first about the medical staff saying that all these picthers come up here and within weeks they are on the DL. He also ranted that once they are on the DL they fall off the face of the world and he said in not so many words to stop lying about all the injuries and the return dates You wouldve had to listen to him rant about jones before, there was just the latest thing. I agree with EVERYTHING he says though, Jones plays sloppy baseball, getting caught off second a few times, throwing the ball all over the place cost us a lot of runs possibly, and he said it perfectly, "its not like Jacque jones scares anyone" a handful of times? it happens at least 2 times a week, and there is absolutley no excuse at getting doubled off a base more than 2 times in a yaer, jacque is on what now, 6 or 7 after yesterday This is all Hendry's fault with his stupid "he can catch the ball" bs. If I hear that one more time out of his mouth I don't know what I'll do. It's ridiculous!

    Jock is terrible. I hate the fact that this guy was signed to a 3 year deal. Hendry is the worst GM in baseball, no question. Nothing goes right in this organization because it is run by incompetent fools!

    Crash, you are the man, that's exactly what I heard yesterday. I agreed with everything he said. The other guy that was with him told him he was making it personal when he started ending everything with "dude". It was great.

    I had a chance to listen to it while I was on the road and one of those guys were totally ripping into the Cubs. It was beautiful, he was saying all the things we have been saying for years now. He even started from 2003 and went on and on. His points were right on, I wish I was home to record for those of you that missed it.

    Dusty will finish the season IMO. If he wasn't fired in 2004 and 2005 as the ringleader of the circus and still here in 2006 with this pathetic play, he will finish the season up.

I mean come on, Clines, Sarge, and Baker are still here which I find the most ridiculous thing possible. How in the hell have all these guys kept their jobs? That's a great question, too bad Hendry is the only one with that answer.

    Might as well go for the high draft pick. What else is there to play for? can someone fill me in who knows alot by amautuer baseball. Lets say we are picking top 3...is there a saviour out there? An Arod? A Joe Mauer? A Johan Santana? or are we pretty much F'ed. Yes, we are F'ed because we have become fans to this pathetic franchise. It hurts.

    The way the Bears camp has unfolded, by Oct 1 it may be time to put on the Bulls shirts I think you might be right. I'm worried. EDIT: Actually, let me add to that..I felt that it was very Pompus of Angelo to get rid of our 1st round pick and draft Manning and a punt returner with our 2nd rounders. I felt that we could have gotten Chad Jackson (WR) and a TE in the 2nd round. Just a terrible move IMO.

    Why would you want any of them? Because they're all miles ahead of Pierre? In Salary? And talent. Taking what those 3 will likely make in FA, as well as the multi-year contracts they would demand I would play Pie at league minimum. I honestly don't think he will be that much worse than them and he can play center nearly as well as any of them right now. He will probably struggle, but he has shown the ability to adjust throughout his career. If I was Hendry I would offer Pierre arbitration if he accepts you have him for one year and give Pie another half a year at AAA. If he declines you take the draft picks and put Soriano at 2B, with Pie in CF. Agreed.
