  1. I always root for the Big Ten during bowl season and always root against Notre Dame.
  2. I'd rather have Macias playing OF than Grissom. :-&
  3. The only problem is that we will get Burnitz in return.
  4. I think Blanco, Gerut and McClain all wore 9 last year.
  5. Red Eminem http://us.mms.com/us/fungames/downloads/wallpapers/images/bic_red.gif
  6. it helps when your receivers are making spectacular catches.
  7. give it to Tom Jones
  8. Steelers are able to throw in the snow. Minny takes the lead back.
  9. I don't see Pierre as much of an upgrade over Hairston. If trading those guys helps prepare for the Rule 5 draft then maybe it is okay.
  10. Then you guys would score NO points  I'm sure the Bears will find a way. The team would miss a long snap and Vasher would recover it for a touchdown.
  11. Bears opponents should just kneel down 3 times and punt every possession against this defense.
  12. Saw this article on cubs.com link Pierre is plan B for leadoff, Neifi could be plan C. Dusty likes speed.
  13. "I've been working on the railroad.."
  14. PAC 10 tiebreaker rules Assuming a USC loss to UCLA, there would be a 3 way tie UCLA-Oregon-USC. Since UCLA didn't beat Oregon (they didn't play) it goes to the next tiebreaker. It goes through the standings through Arizona. Since Arizona beat UCLA, UCLA is eliminated. It is now down to Oregon and since USC beat Oregon, USC wins.
  15. http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/teams/photo?...937873&team=chn http://espn-i.starwave.com/media/apphoto/SAL10311292317.jpg I posted this in the Emergency forum.
  16. Hi Corbett in Tucson has Fat Tire on tap. It also was the spring training facility for the Indians in the movie 'Major League'.
  17. I would say something about the Miss Universe and the Miss World pagents. If Japanese leagues were to call it a Universe Series...
  18. I have gone every year since I moved to Arizona. I can tell you where the free parking is near Hohokam. I buy my tickets at Sports Authority in advance for games up in Mesa. I buy the tickets for games here in Tucson at the ticket office but in advance. Weekend games are at a premium and the scalpers buy those up knowing this.

Not much difference in my book considering Orton was rushed into action as a rookie and Grossman was given time to observe and develop. Benching Orton might actually help his development as an NFL QB.
  20. Marino-1983 made the playoffs as a rookie.
  21. I get that game, but I didn't get the Bears, I'd gladly trade, haha. And in fact, Rams-Texans is in OT now, so I still don't get to watch a game I wanna watch. Seattle-Giants here in Tucson, got to watch the Bears-Bucs game too, at least I don't get Cardinal home games.
  22. Orton isn't ready yet. I am not sure he ever will be ready. Plenty of teams have backups who would be starting over him.
  23. Bears win, 7 in a row.
  24. It's the NFL, sit on a lead and work the clock.
  25. Ha ha, Tom Jones music.
