I am very upset right now. I really do want the Cubs to win this (these) game(s) against the Gnats. I have friends (acquaintances) who are johnny-come-National fans. They have no idea what it means to suffer. Damn them all.

Clearly they weren't watching Pierre the first 3 months of the season. Well, they were right. Speed doesn't take a day off. Now it might take off a month or two, but not a day. Also, speed doesn't slump.
