    I think it's because Cub fans get a lot of guff about loving Wrigley more than the Cubs. And that's right, I said guff.

    Sometimes you just have to take that flat curve deep. I was bummed when the ivy turned brown when the Cubs were playing the Marlins as it normally looks so beautiful out there.

    I think unethical is a little strong, but maybe underhanded would fit. Zell will squeeze every last penny out of the Cubs and Wrigley Field with no regard for the future of the team since he has no stake in it. Has anyone considered how the Cubs use the Wrigley Field name to sell merchandise? I would be interested to see the estimated income brought in by using the Wrigley Field name, as opposed to how much the Cubs could get by selling naming rights. Thats a good point. I know I have a "Wrigley Field" Shirt as well as my Cub's shirts. That's what my wife bought when we went.

    Are you telling me July 31 is still 9 or 10 months away??!?!?!? My birthday is July 22nd and I was hoping it would be much sooner than that. It's going to feel like 16 or 17 months since my last birthday by then. the new trade deadline is October 31 October 31? It could take like 12-13 months for that to come! I can't wait for that! Stupid metric system.

    I never think of gum when I hear "Wrigley Field". In fact, when I hear "Wrigley", even in a gum commercial, I think of the Cubs. So should the Cubs pay them for the free subliminal advertising? :D You've never had Wrigleys Old Fashioned flavored gum?

    This makes ARams health seem so much more important when I look at this lineup. With Dero out, this could get scary if Ramirez goes out for any amount of time.
