I really miss those games like that and being on campus.

I turned the channel and was watching the UConn game. What was the final score? 33-19. Notre Dame drove down the field a few times and got the lead to 26-19 with 7 minutes left in the game. Purdue added an insurance TD, and then Sharpley threw an INT in the red zone after ND had driven down there with about 3 1/2 minutes left that sealed the game. The total yards between the two teams was actually close for the first time all season. Purdue had 441 yards to ND's 431 yards. Really? Wow, I turned it when it was 23-6. Those are some positive steps for you guys.

Any word Flames as to why? How has Juice looked? No idea, I don't get the BTN. Penn State converts on 4th down. 1st and goal for PSU at the Illini 9 with 2:30 left. And SIU broke the conference record for most points scored in a conference game and most lopsided victory in a conference game. 72-10 final over Indiana State. Please do a favor and post the score once in awhile too? Thanks! Penn S and Illini that is! PSU with a turnover inside the 10. Illinois has the ball at their 14 with 2 mins left. 3rd and 8 for the Illini, but PSU is out of TO's. Dude you're killing me! What's the score!

It's a plus minus thing for those conferences. Since the computers help determine who goes to the BCS Championship Game a win over another quality team might propel them over the 3rd rank team.

who the hell cares? seriously, what makes you think anyone gives a damn about that game? Holy crap, take a deep breath. They're countless schools that people mention in these threads that no one else really cares about. well, you're reading tone into my post, but... yes, people talk about their alma mater. people talk about unusual things going on during random games, ie shootouts, punting competition games, upsets in the making, etc. people posting about lower end teams even from BCS conferences doing exactly what they should do against a team from a lower end non BCS conference, allegedly because one poster who doesn't post nearly as often as he used to might happen by, and under the assumption that said poster even gives a damn about said team? no, not really. just one conference centric poster. UConns undefeated and I think at this stage that's pretty good. CT's from the area and yes, they are a BE team, I thought he might want to know. But since it bugs you for some reason I'll post all the BE games that are being played for you. #2...I've seen many posters post a teams score from their conference on here when it doesn't involve their team.

calm down, Iowa will find a way to make your lead stand So, what's the score? 21-13 IU with 2 minutes left in the 3rd. And IU just scored a TD.27-13 pending the PAT. Thanks. Indiana doesn't play OSU or Michigan this year, man that bugs me about the Big 10. The only time it really bothers me is when a team has a chance to win the Big 10 without playing one or both of them. That's the beauty of having a championship game, you're almost definitely going to have to play at least one of the other best teams in your conference to win it. I realize the Big 10 can't do that until they add a team though. But if a 7-5/8-4 team beats a 12-0 in the Champ game it is worse imo. Either the 7-5/8-4 team is better than it's record, or the 12-0 team is worse than it's record. Or maybe the entire conference is down and that's how the 12-0 team remained unbeaten that long. Or, again, maybe the conference is awesome and there's not that much differnce between the teams. Basically, there are too many variables to deal with in this hypothetical. It could also be the schedules they play too. I like watching the games but I'm not a big fan of them.

That's what I'm hoping for. I have classes from 6-10 for the next 2 weeks and that would give me a chance to see them unless they play in the afternoon. -
