  1. Florida St's out of conference schedule includes Alabama, Florida and Colorado. That's a pretty tough oocs.
  2. Another Undefeated falls....Georgia T 13 Clemson 3
  3. TD Rutgers. 27-24 Maryland
  4. Florida St 0 Alabama 0 at the half. Well if they call Alabama the Crimson Tide, call me Deacon Blues.
  5. Great catch by the Maryland WR and now Terps up 27-17.
  6. Syracuse loses 17-14. There go our BCS Championship hopes.
  7. they're both out of the picture... just b/c OU announcer didn't say that doesn't mean it's not the case If there are 2 undefeated teams left, yes. But this season may fall like the others and have us down to 1. Plus, it's the way he said it...so dismissive. TD Rutgers. 17-14.
  8. Gallagher was hilarious, he had a knack of pouring champagne on someone whenever that person was getting interviewed.. That's because he's not old enough to drink it!
  9. OK...this is my point. OK and WV lose. This dumb announcer guy says WV drops out of the picture. Nothing about OK. WV loses to the 18th ranked team and is better than that imo while OK loses to a terrible 1-3 team and is still in the picture? This is why I go nuts.
  10. Wow. I really thought OK was the team to beat and had the best path to the BCS game.
  11. TD Rutgers. 14-10 Maryland.
  12. Wow. I'd like to see that. Texas is playing their 1st half like they did against TCU. If they are not careful they will lose two in a row to KState. KState is a pretty solid team. They aren't sexy but a tough team to beat.
  13. How does that happen? Offenses must not be taking the field. :D Must be! The second half might be nuts.
  14. If Maryland holds on, I have to think this would be bad news for the Big East. Rutgers losing to a team WVU handled easily right after South Florida beat the Mountaineers doesn't do much for the prestige of a conference. Granted still a very long way to go in this one. It wouldn't be good but yet the conference hasn't played each other that much yet and we'll see how they fall. Cinci and SFlor may be the best teams and since they don't have the name or the preseason hype what you say rings true.
  15. How does that happen?
  16. Maryland 14...Rutgers 3. with 5 and change left in the second period.
  17. Wow. I'd like to see that.
  18. Maybe they'll make a drink out of it. Tearinabeer?
  19. I'm not sure who was the worse QB on the field, Juice or Anthony Morelli. Fortunately for Illinois, they figured they should just run the ball all of the second half, and Penn State just kept passing. Juice didn't play very well either, but he didn't turn the ball over four times in the second half. That's what decides games, and Morelli just makes terrible decisions with the ball at critical times. Another example was the sack in the last drive - the last thing you can do is get sacked there, and the dumbass just stands there and takes the sack. Cuse, Morelli was orignally committed to Pitt but after Henne picked scUM, Morelli changed his mind and chose PSU. He was a 4 star recruit, ranked one of the top 10 QBs in the country by most scouting services. The problem is that he has all the physical attributes of a good QB, but he's an idiot. And stupid people do not make good QBs. That's right, thanks. Well....Henne or Morelli, it was a lose lose for you anyways. It didn't help Pitt either because they have struggled at that position too. You know I see a lot of QB's like that who get away with just talent against one level but once the thinking part enters as the competition gets tougher, they just get left in the lot.
  20. The receivers are back to dropping the ball again. Miami up 14-0. They didn't drop any balls against Louisville and it showed on the score.
  21. Did Henne lead the comeback or did Mallett? Henne played decently in the second half, but there was no "comeback." Northwestern turned it over in their own territory on 4 consecutive possessions in the 4th quarter. The game was handed to them. I guess the moral victory is that I don't believe Michigan fans outnumbered us this time. What was the score when they decided to do that? Your program just hasn't been the same since your coach died.
  22. You still follow Rutgers or is that off since you've gone to PSU? Still follow Rutgers Did a lot of your friends decide to go there? They had a little debate about Rutgers going big time in sports I see.
  23. They need to step it up in the MAC and not just lose those close games to tough teams. What grade is that QB of yours? Well, he's got 14 TDs and 2 interceptions this year, and one of those INTs was tipped, and he's thrown for about 1400 yards in 5 games. If we play like we have the last two weeks, we really should win out and go 10-2, including Illinois and Indiana. I think Illinois is as good or better than Nebraska and it may depend on how beat up Indiana is when you play them.
