Just flip a coin and you'll have the same luck as picking a winner! I think it's fun to watch it develop and prove the experts wrong as they usually are. Honestly, my point on the BE is that they belong, not better or worse.

I could see some of the pollsters putting BC or UK ahead of Wisconsin but there's no way that Florida, Oklahoma and West Virginia are ahead of them. Personally, my top 5 would be: LSU USC Cal OSU Wisconsin If UK can go to South Carolina next week and beat them, then I'll believe they're for real and BC is still in the ACC. EDIT: Like Ping said earlier, we're going to find out a lot about UK over the next three weeks. If you go by who you have beaten S Florida has beaten 2 ranked teams while OSU hasn't played a team that is over 500. LSU has ripped through VTech and a solid Miss St and S Carolina. USC has beat a solid Nebraska team. Wisconsin has beaten a solid Michigan St team. Cal has beaten Tenn and Oregon. imo if you go by who has earned a top 5: 1 LSU 2 Cal 3 S. Flor 4 Wisc/ Kentucky/Missouri/BC/USC I still flip flop Cal and LSU but LSU playing 3 good teams did it for me. Wisc has played no one but beat a good Mich St Kentucky has beat Louisville, Arkansas Missouri has beat a one loss Illinois, and a tough Mississippi BC has beat GTech, WF USC has beat Nebraska So it's hard to divide those 5 teams.

I think any good team can beat another one in any of the BCS conferences. And ESPN has a very selective memory and that was a long time ago, did you really think they would remember that? Cal/USC will be a good one but don't forget the Ducks have USC at home. Rutgers hurt more than Louisville. I thought Louisville's D would be suspect but I didn't think Rutgers would have such a hard time stopping Maryland. But, SFlor and Cinci may be better than a lot of people thought and we'll see how this thing shapes out as they all play each other.

It certainly does help matters doesn't it? I truely don't even seemed fazed by the Texas loss. Everyone else going down might be helping too. Still, all I am thinking about is the playoffs and potential matchups. I'm so in the same boat. I was laughing about the OU loss while everyone else was losing their minds. Thanks cubs. Unlike you two all my cards were on the Cubs.

What ever happened to that Lee kid that Florida St had that was a QB? He was like the #1 QB recruit a few years ago. Whoops, I see he's in the game. I haven't heard anything about him this year, interesting.

We have the Rutgers/Maryland game instead and I'm sure it is a heck of a game. Maryland just went for it on 4th and short and was stopped. Rutgers has the ball on their 20 down 3 with 2:25 left.
