You're doing it wrong. Well tell me how to do it right! Do you see it when you go to edit your favorites? If it's not in that list, maybe your software is too old. Try restarting the receiver and typing "02468" with your remote when it starts back up. That will force a software download and give you a 45 minute break from watching television. Thanks Bob, I did a reset on my receiver and now my WGN is in beautiful HD!
