  1. Fuku, Gooz, and Patton all looked like competant major leaguers tonight. Lets hope it continues, these 3 could be major contributors to this teams success.
  2. Big brightspots for tonights game....Fuku, Patton, and Gooz.
  3. Any pitching matchup vs the Brewers rotation will probably sound like its 1 sided.
  4. Ok Bradley, I love the patience, but my fantasy team would really appreciate some HR's, hits, and RBI's really soon ok?
  5. FUKU!!! Hopefully this is the kind of night he needed to relax a little bit, and just play baseball. Im happy for him
  6. Was Berkman crying, cause neither of those 1st 2 pitches on Gameday looked to be strikes.
  7. Well thats 5 LOB for Lee.........TONIGHT!UGHHHH
  8. Blackhawks. It's only a few more weeks. Is there some problem with CSN+? Is it not HD? I know Im late to answering this, but yea the problem with CSN+ is my cable company(Mediacom) doesnt offer it in my area.
  9. 3rd game of the year and already on freaking CSN+. Seriously I hate that channel, just put the thing on CSN and forget about it.
  10. Did you guys just copy what I said? :D
  11. That scouting report on Robiske, in my opinion, is exactly what the Bears need. They already have their major deep treat in Hester, so all they need is a reliable reciever that can catch passes for 1st downs and move the chains. I know talking about the Bears lack of WR is the popular thing to do right now, but with Olsen, Clark, and Forte they have some weapons on offense. Just find someone who is reliable, that can catch passes when thrown to him(im looking at you Rashied) and the offense will have some firepower, as long as the line holds up.
  12. I personally love the 500 section seats. Great view of everything
  13. Man, it would be really nice to see a talent at WR like Plax for the Bears, but I just dont know if Angelo would even consider it after the Tank fiasco.
  14. I find it hard to believe that Theriot's running was entirely of his own volition. Today's loss was a frustrating one. We couldn't hit Rodriguez in MMP again, and the crummy 2/3 of the Astros lineup beat us with seeing eye singles and bloops. Hopefully Soto is alright. As for Lou, the only thing he did wrong was send the runners, and leave Miles in the game. We gave up at least 1 out(maybe 2) with the heart of the order up because of the running. As for leaving Miles in the game, he's an awful defender at short. Theriot is no wizard, but he's better at everything than Miles, and shouldn't have been removed unless he hurt himself running. The rest of Lou's moves were the right ones, he pinch hit Miles at the right time, and used the bullpen in the correct order. Adding Kosuke for defense in the 10th is a good idea too. EDIT: Whoops, I missed the first couple batters of the 10th, I didn't realize he had Cotts face Rodriguez and Berkman. Bad idea. Not worth it when you can go to Gregg at the beginning of the inning. The 1st time with the double steal Ill give you that one not being on Theriots own, but the 2nd time with Bradley up in the 8th, I 100% believe that was on Theriots own. He thinks hes a basestealer, and hes not, hes not even close to being one.
  15. Ryan Freaking Theriot needs to quit thinking hes Vince Coleman on the base paths with our number 4 hitter at the plate. Seriously Ryan QUIT STEALING YOU ARENT GOOD AT IT!
  16. I like the fact the Lou is rewarding Fontenot with a start vs a lefty after a good game last night. I still dont understand at all why Johnson would bat ahead of Soto, but whatever I guess.
  17. Is this your guess or is this the real lineup?
  18. Jim Thome may be old , but his bat can stil catch up to a 98mph straight ass fastball for the Farns
  19. Im going to make myself suffer through a White Sox game. Man I need to find something to do during the day....
  20. Darwin Barney is penciled in to bath 8th. Brian Schlitter and Blake Parker are the leading candidates to close. Sandberg on the position players: OK now that we know they bath in a certain order, could you tell us where he will bat? :D
  21. I would say that's very likely that Miles will also be in. The interesting thing will be the lineup order..we haven't seen anything against lefties. Does Theriot move up to 2? Reed? Or Miles? My guess is: Soriano Theriot Lee Bradley Ramirez Soto Johnson Miles But Miles and Theriot could be switched, Reed could be up to 2, Miles to 7, Theriot to 8..Reed could also be moved ahead of Soto. There's several combinations that Lou could easily come out with tonight. I dont know, I was thinkging with Fontenot going 3-4 last night, Lou may give him a shot. If not my guess is Miles 2nd, Reed 6th, and Theriot 8th.
  22. Well we should see Reed Johnson in CF today I would think, but I wonder if Lou is going to pull Fontenot for Miles vs the lefty.
  23. I just got laid off so Ive got plenty of time to go watch Peoria this year. Think we need to have a NSBB meetup in Peoria this year.
  24. But like OMGZZ they have Tony Larussa
