Yeah, he hasn't had to pitch from the stretch since the third inning, it's not overly cold or hot, and he's just now hitting 100 pitches. Dempster is old, it's cold and it's Opening Day. If you don't pull him at 92, he's probably throwing 110 or so, and there's just no need for that. The whole bullpen is fresh and we've got an off day tomorrow. It's not egregious, it just seems a poor choice to me.
