  1. See, this is where I get worried. 2012 Cutler makes that throw. He just didn't get it where he wanted it.
  2. If we can play the Vikings every week, he can be.
  3. There were like six positive posts on this page and that was just unacceptable.
  4. That's the first awesome play Cutler has made in a month.
  5. I've missed those throws.
  6. My favorite part of this offseason is going to be when Trestman doesn't fire DeCamillis.
  7. If Cutler throws a pick-six this upcoming drive, they might rush the field en masse.
  8. Damn. I thought this would be funnier but it's just kinda sad.
  9. Seen on another board: Tough call. one uses knives and one uses scissor lifts.
  10. Two offensive penalties, boos creeping in.
  11. I seriously hate how good NFL kickers have gotten in the last 10 years.
  12. It's kind of a no-lose situation. I like watching the Bears win and I would enjoy seeing this dumpster fire reach a new low.
  13. Everyone makes my doom boner hard.
  14. I realize that his OPS is insanely good. An insanely good OPS doesn't eliminate my concerns about exploitable holes in his swing.
  15. Guys, the OPS is fine, so stop worrying about Jackson Olt Baez Lake Bryant. Yeah, Junior Lake's 700 OPS in AA really had people talking. The only one you have even the slightest chance of making your point is Jackson, whose OPS was fine along the way. But Bryant's is amazing and pretending it is the same is absurd. There were points in every one of those player's careers where there was some portion of the fan base insisting that the slash line was fine so stop worrying about the peripherals. Whether or not the players are the exact same thing or not, the thought process that's leading to so many dismissing Bryant's problems as irrelevant is the same.
  16. What scares me about Bryant is that he's being very selective about which pitches he swings at and he's *still* swinging and missing 35% of the time or whatever in a league where Casey Coleman's an above average pitcher.
  17. Last night didn't happen.
  18. I don't think he's a bust yet. I think Cubs fans are *way* too quick to overlook the whiffiness problems with both he and Bryant.
  19. No, beyond the fact that the incredibly obvious point that it makes needs to be made, it's really not. Nobody is saying Baez might be a bust because of his slash line. We are saying he might be a bust because he can't stop missing when he swings.
  20. Well now - isn't that intriguing timing. please do not be getting excited about the cubs signing free agents five years from now With the way we tamper, the deal's probably already been done.
  21. Guys, the OPS is fine, so stop worrying about Jackson Olt Baez Lake Bryant.
