    I got 6 tix to each of the White Sox games...whoopee!

    I don't bother to take off from work. There's only one game that I need tickets to. I'll just get my students working on something which frees me up to utilize the computers. If I get through early on, I'll try for Sox tickets. If not, I just move on to the game I'm planning on attending.

    I think there is much more hope this year. While I don't expect it to be as bad as 2004 and 2005, I think it will be a larger demand than last year.

    Lou does seem to have a sense of humor. That line along with the eight midgets who walk all the time from the initial press conference have to be some of the top ones.

    I'll try to get tickets in the bleachers for the Memorial Day game. I already have tickets for the other two games I'm going to attend. If I get through early enough, I'll buy some Sox tickets so I can use the profits from them to finance my trip in late May.

    If Kelly Johnson fails in Atlanta, I could see Walker being traded there. Also, if Weeks wrist fails to heal, I wonder if the Brewers might have some interest in Todd.

    I disagree that Barrett should be a 3b or DH. That's ludicrous.

    The Mavs are still kicking it out West. Little known fact is that any team with as many wins as the Mavs have at this point have always won the championship. Go Mavs!

    Walker is a good complimentary player. You can't build an offense around him and he's not going to carry a team. However, if he's put in the right place he's a good hitter that can help a team win. He's not going to be a drag on a team offensively.
