    Sean is going to have to show some moxie to get through the Astros line-up multiple times tonight. The short porch in left means he can't make many mistakes inside to the right handed hitters. I'm sure Sean is capable. Go Cubs!

    Should have substituted "mom" for "grades" Let's just say talking about someone's momma where I work is an immediate fight...and I doubt the students would exempt a teacher from that. True story here. I ended up having to have a parent conference with the mothers of two students because they got into a fight. The fight started because one student told the other his momma looked like a man. So, I go to the conference room with the 6th grade dean and a few others to have the conference. The mother of the boy who started the fight because of the insult was about 6 ft tall, 300+lbs, and had a very noticeable moustache. I really hated that I had punished the other kid for telling the truth.

    Similar situation, a student of mine who is a Saints fan comes into class one day and says to me, "Cowboys suck." A casually glace up, look back down at my grade book and reply, "No more than your grades." He spends the next day asking me exactly how bad his grades are.

    I hate Milo too. He is truly a prick in every sense of the word. And word I get, there's not too many people in the Astros organization who like him either.

    Wouldn't somebody who is willing to pay above face be described as somebody who really wanted them? Sounds like it to me.

    Shouldn't the real team getting reamed here be the Rays who only had to add Hamilton to the 40-man roster and he would not have even been available in the rule five draft?

    I think it's time to let this one die. The Cubs never had Hamilton. Had the Reds not dealt for our pick, we just wouldn't have selected anyone. The Reds probably would have dealt with another club so they could take Hamilton. That would have been a preferable scenario simply because I wouldn't have ever had to read threads whining about the Cubs letting the Reds get Hamilton.
