    I think it's pretty clear Dempster is going to get a 3-4 year deal. The amount he gets remains to be seen. My guess is that he'll get anywhere from 10-14 million per at 3-4 years based on what pitchers have gotten in previous off-seasons.

    When I lived in Texas during the mid-late nineties, Pudge was my favorite non-Cub player. And Granderson with an infield hit...and Looper looks to have twisted an ankle.

    I don't know how they're sucking so bad. They were +40 RS/RA heading into tonights game. I guess the back end of that bullpen is really that bad. They've been very unlucky, that's for certain. But going into tonight they are two games under 500. If they start winning on the road and winning the one-run games, they might turn it around in a hurry. But if they keep floundering (at least in the w/L column), then I'd love to see if they wanted to go full youth movement and unload Hudson.

    The Padres are the only team that seems interested, but they dont have anything we need, that theyd be willing to send us for Murt. In the end, he'll probably be either part of a package deal or else a mercy trade for a few mid level prospects just to send him somewhere where he has a chance. The Padres might do Wolf for a package that includes Murton but we're probably trying to aim higher than Wolf on our trade targets.

    Since I have the second pick in the draft and I am in need of a QB, I suggest you protect all three RB and leave Manning for me if he's passed on with the first pick. :D

    Tough poll for me. I drink Diet Coke on a pretty regular basis, but that's mainly because I stopped drinking sugary soft drinks when I had gained too much weight. I don't think Diet Coke really is my favorite, it was just my favorite of the diet drinks. Right now, I've been drinking Minute Maid Light Lemonade which is only 5 calories per can.
