  1. Great point. Regardless of what you may have heard, there aren't mass bannings of other team's fans unless you're a hopeless troll. Make an educated post and don't start with the "1908 crap" and stuff like that, and we're more than willing to debate with you. SSR mentioned some and other team fans include Jake (Pirates), Ender (Brewers), and others. There's really no reason to have to hide your team allegiance as long as you aren't a troll.
  2. I hope no one objects to this image from last night. http://66.79.163.197/_images/articles/2007/06/21/julianne_hough2096.jpg
  3. Had the Cubs made the deal for Roberts, our rotation would have been in shambles when Hill was sent down.
  4. Patterson took a strange route to that ball...but made the catch none the less.
  5. Based on Lou's comments that the price for Roberts was Gallagher, Marshall, and Cedeno; I'm glad we didn't make that deal.
  6. FC for Edmonds scores a run. Runners on the corners with 2 out.
  7. Making a pitcher fresh out of the pen work is a good idea. It's not like Cormier is good for 80 pitches out there.
  8. I always assumed Stone was a pompous ass, but bitter jerk might be an appropriate description.
  9. Soto killed Cintron with the ball. Not really, but go Cubs! 3-0!
  10. Into the pen already... Something wrong with Albers. And Lance Cormier coming in.
  11. Albers threw 32 pitches a few days ago, so running up his pitch count is a good thing. Walk for Jimmy Ballgame! Come on, Geo!
  12. Thames got rung up on a pitch about a foot outside. He snapped and got tossed. A foot outside is generous. It was close to eighteen inches.
  13. Thames just got tossed for arguing a third strike.
  14. He only shows up to gloat. I think of his six or seven posts, five of them are just being a Brewers cheerleader.
  15. Did he come really close to tying it? ESPN.com is making it look so. The ball was caught on the front part of the warning track. It was a deep fly, but Brandon Jones was camped under it the whole time.
  16. Francoer gets a lead off single in the sixth.
