    no I noticed. He's walking people, and it sounds from Pat like he's letting his arm drop back down. I hope he manages to keep the Padres from scoring, because he's gotten a couple lucky bailouts already. Anyone got his pitch count?

    Whatever Young said may lessen the suspension a little bit, but MLB can't possibly let it fully excuse DLee, whatever it was he said.

    The way he is pitching, that would be a damned waste of a start. I want him to throw 7-8 shutout innings. Agreed. If Zambrano didn't get ejected during the cluster#$%, I want him staying in and shutting the Padres out.

    Followed by a retaliatory plunking and an early ejection of Zambrano. The plunkee will then head-first slide* into second base, without getting ejected. And by head first slide, I mean he will body slam Mike Fontenot.

    Those numbers don't add up. The combined record of every team in baseball is .500, but that has the major leagues sitting at two games above .500.

    Cobs will definitely need to be at the top of their game to win this one. Let's hope Z keeps up the new season and that the offense doesn't completely crap the bed.

    One of the toughest votes yet. BeerHere was recently consolation (along with about 12 beers and a Cubs win) when I found out this week that I won't be promoted this year, so that's where my vote goes.
