    I voted other because Wrigley should stay as it is. The Trib will make little changes over time like they have done the last several years. There is no reason to replace it.

Corey doesn't steal a bunch of homers a year, though. Maybe if he half the heart of a Torii Hunter, he would have some homers in his glove instead of in the stands. The wall in Minnesota isn't as high as the one in Wrigley.... he would only steal homers on the road. Those are just weak excuses. Corey needs to start stepping up in the stealing of home runs department. He has only grabbed one so far this year and that was a month or so ago.

    Walker has a team option that can vest with a certain number of Plate Appearances (525 I believe). I really doubt it vests with his injury plus sharing some time with Hairston. Speaking of Hairston, I don't want him back in a starting role. He just doesn't create enough extra bases to have him in a starting role. I thought he also had the option of accepting it if it didn't kick in automatically.

    Why not start Hairston at 2nd. I also think that Walker has some sort of option on his contract. I believe it was a player option and he said that he would probably accept it. Fontenot might also be an option at the 2nd base/utility man if he keeps up his numbers.

    The whole thing would be a crapshoot, especially if it got down to the top 4-5 teams playing each other. It certainly would be entertaining to watch Z and Santana go against that Dominican lineup.

    Are there any sort of crazy high schoolers in the draft for the year after this? Obviously, you cannot project which players in the draft this year will stay in school and which will sign with their teams but what type of upper tier talent might be available?

    I hate when teams boast about how they play together as a team and overcame alot of adversity. It is the number one sign that neither of those things are true. UNC did it when they beat Illinois and Eddie Jordan and Gilbert Arenas did it tonight. Eddie Jordan, especially, sounded like a jerk because he had a prewritten statement that talked about how they played together as a team better than the Bulls and that they overcame more adversity than the Bulls. You could tell that he had absolutely ZERO respect for the Bulls by the comments that he made about the team. He also said that he felt that the media disrespected the team because they were all down on the Wizards. Guess what Eddie, almost everyone picked your team to win the series beforehand. You know why they said that you guys don't play well as a team? Because every time that you lose it is because every one just starts jacking up shots before passing at all. That is called not playing as a team.
