    Apparently the reason that Eddie Curry did not play yesterday is because he had an irregular heartbeat, not that he had the flu. He is still in Charlotte, at a hospital, being observed.

    I heard an interview with Prior on the way to class tonight. He said that in the first inning he didn't really throw any offspeed stuff, but after that he did. He threw his curve, slider, and change. He said that the curve felt great and that he threw it a bunch. He also said that he felt better today than he did at any point in the preseason so far. So that's good news.

    I would like to take this moment to point out that I was right a couple of months ago when I said that the Bulls had a better shot at the playoffs than the Lakers. The Lakers are now 3.5 games out of the 8th spot and have lost 5 in a row. Meanwhile, the Bulls are in the 6th seed in the east and are just a half game out of the 5th spot. Things could change around but right now the Bulls are right where they want to be (and where nobody expected opening the season).

    That reminds me... For the "will call" option that I selected for bleacher tickets, do I just go to the box office on the day of the game and tell them my name, or how does that work? You should just have to show them the credit card that you used to pay for the tickets. That's what happened last year with me. Okay, thanks. Of course, that was last year towards the end of the year when I bought the tickets the day before the game so it might be a little different for you.

    Everyone that is still here, don't forget to call up the box office sometime within the next week or so and tell them to combine all of your tickets into one shipment. It will save you alot of money.
