wow, that was a quick 10 minutes to completely turn this match around.

Here's an interesting take on the possibility of Sentanta Sports going under and leaving their premier league games open for someone else to move in for their broadcast rights. The writer suggests ESPN as a likely candidate to make a move because they were denied EPL rights earlier this year and also lost their UEFA champions league coverage next year as well. I'm super pumped about the USMNT match tomorrow, I'm hoping to go score free until about 9:30 when I can catch it on tivo.

i also want to punch everyone's face that's on the mlb network's set, especially that hart guy. i know nothing about the pick, so i can't get upset or excited. but the fact that he's in the cub system makes me think he's less likely to be an impact player.

he has really awkward looking front leg movement on his swing. i'm guessing its a timing mechanism that he uses, but it looks wierd. -

that was really, really bad. i'm hoping this was just a one time bad outing and saturday is the rebound thrashing win to get us 3 pts and back in good shape of concacaf.

i think rex has a terrible reputation around the league. a lot has been made about his 0.0 qb rating game, his new years eve game comments, his turnovers in the superbowl, his rumored try out with the world football league, and his poor play recently with the bears has overshadowed any possible contributions he could make on a team as a back-up or at worst a third string, emergency qb. i was a rex support over much of his career, but he's clearly not very good but like its been stated, he's better than a lot of other qb's currently under contract elsewhere.

i definitely think that's the case. sandberg got a token interview after baker was let go and hendry told him to get managerial experience before he's get consideration for a manager's job in mlb. sandberg's been down in the minors going on his third season, doing exactly what hendry told him to do. he'll most definitely get consideration after piniella's gone and i think he's got a good shot at getting the position. now, if hendry is not making that decision, then i have no idea. -

It's the second time in a few months that Hendry has justified a trade because of disapproval when the Cubs originally signed that player. He made similar comments when Marquis was traded to Colorado during the off season. I would really hope Hendry doesn't make decisions based on public reaction from two years earlier.

big z's first game back from his injury. jake peavy's first game since his almost trade to the south side. cubs can't score anymore and the game is being played in one of the most friendly pitchers' parks in baseball. Go CUBS!

its not Sam's army, I don't think next to the option was an area to enter a code to purchase tickets and listed above it's "Sam's Army, etc.". i am proven incorrect. The only Sam's Army/US Supporters seats left are in the 300s, by the way. But I'm not sure that there are any 100 level seats left anywhere. its not a big deal either way. it requires a password to get the sam's army tickets and i haven't had any luck finding a password that works. the ones that jon posted in this thread must be out of date and i didn't have any luck randomly searching online. ultimately, as long as i'm able to get tickets to the match i'm ok with it.

thanks for the tips guys. ticketmaster still has us supporters section tickets listed during the search option so i assumed that would be sam's army section, maybe i'm wrong.
