    I will be working the phone and the web! Has anyone had a lot of success getting tickets right when they go on sale? If so, please advise. I was shut out last year. Really shut out? I was on-line in 2 minutes, processed and paid in less than 10 minutes? I guess I had some good luck. At least they go on sale at noon on a Saturday in the middle of the summer. Hopefully that drives some people away. Interesting, advised by my roomate last year, we tried by telephone and couldn't get through. I was planning on going the intarweb route this year and I'm glad that you had some success, this pleases me. I was to try to get the Monday night game and 2 others. Expectations were a bit lower last year for the team, so I'd imagine it'll be harder getting through this year.

    He's hardly cheap. Unless the Phillies pick up a chunk of his contract, he's very expensive. So what? The Cubs have money, and plenty of it. Let them spend it. I wasn't saying its a bad move, I was simply pointing out he's not "very cheap".
